Shipping cost and delivery time depending on your country.

Please note that we will begin processing your order as soon as the order confirmation appears, therefore we cannot guarantee that we will successfully be able to change your address after your order has been placed. We strongly advise you to double check the delivery information you enter before you place an order.

REFUND

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at svetlana@chaikovska.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return the product with all packaging intact within 14 days from the day you received the products and attach a document explaining why you are returning the product. The product must not have been opened. Chaikovska Art paintings may only be returned or exchanged if they are unopened and still in their original protective packaging. If a product is returned after its sealed packaging has been opened/broken, we cannot accept the return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

! IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs. Taxes and duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel . This applies only to international orders.
